日本初！生簀料理店。
呼子にもあり大人気のこちらのお店。
2週間ほど前での予約で何とかランチに
1時間席を確保して行ってきました…！
結果大満足、通いたいお店になりました。
【食べたもの】
○いか活造り定食¥3,850
- 小鉢
- イカの塩辛
- いか活造り200g 後・天ぷら

ランチ限定メニューの定食。
夜だといかの活造りが100g 2,000円なので
この定食が圧倒的にコスパ高いです。
小鉢はもずく酢で、塩辛は辛くなく甘め。
煮物の代わり？に牛すじ入りの茶碗蒸しが
あり、そしてメインのイカ！
4名で訪問し全員同じ定食を選択したので
約800gのイカが綺麗に捌かれて提供。
しかも食べ終わった後は残りの部分を
天ぷらにして提供という満足度の高さ。
青さ塩でいただくのがとても美味しかった…！
○車海老おどり4尾¥3,520
最初から頭と胴を切り離しての提供。
頭にレモンをかけたところ、
海老の口がガッツリ開いて威嚇？をして
きたのには驚きました。活きが良い…！
こちらも身を食べた後は頭をカラッと
揚げて提供くださいました。

2週間前に予約して、何とか
お席時間が1時間だけなら可能とのことで
1時間1本勝負で行ってきました！
・入口側には生簀を囲うようにこの字型に
なっているカウンター×18席
奥にはまた大きな生簀のあるテーブル席が。
生簀はイカと、海老用のものがありました。
待ち時間用に、店内入ってすぐのところには
ベンチが3つほど並べられています。
雰囲気もお料理も大満足のお店でした！
