数年前に来て以来2度目の訪問でしたよ。あと時頂きました❤生白子の味わいを忘れられずにね(笑)なんとも言えないあの食感、焼いたものを塩で！フンワリとした甘さとコクと薫りにまいりました。
確か元々は京都にあったのかな⁉それはともかく、ここのは全てが上品な味付けと見せ方を演出していますねー。所感ですが。今回のコースも変わらないでいて嬉しいねー。ヒレが沢山入ったヒレ酒もお奨めです！この日も結構いっちゃいました(笑)
リーズナブルなのも有り難い❤天然のとらふぐだし✨
