Aiming to make people say, ``That restaurant has more steam than anywhere else,'' we are particular about freshly made food and speedy delivery. We rarely make or prepare food in advance, and each time we prepare the soup for the customer in front of us, we cook the rice, prepare it, fry it, and make it with all our heart. One of the attractions of our restaurant is the aromatic flavor of the freshly made soup stock, and the immersive feeling of steaming rice.
Food Seasonal courses using plenty of seasonal ingredients are the best part of Japanese-style meal.
Three courses are available; the 7,150 yen course is available for lunch as well as dinner. Please feel free to enjoy the full course from appetizer to mizumono at Japanese Cuisine. Seasonal dinner courses are also available, featuring seasonal ingredients such as soft-shelled turtle in August, matsutake mushrooms in autumn, and fugu (blowfish) in winter, and most dishes are prepared with seasonal ingredients. This luxurious course allows you to experience the beauty of the four seasons in Japan, and is a seasonal treat.
