福岡で生まれ育ちながら、お恥ずかしながら福岡の老舗、紀文さんのことを知りませんでした(^^;;
皆様の口コミを見てこのお店の存在を知り、マグロが大好きなのでさっそく伺いました！
お店の中は古さを感じますが、清潔感はあります☆
カウンター席があるので1人でも入りやすく、今回食べに行った時も女性のお一人様もいらっしゃっていました(^^)！！女性1人でも問題なく入れると思います♡
メニューはマグロを使ったメニューばかりで、丼物のメニューにも鉄火丼（並）、鉄火丼（上）、ウニ鉄火丼など種類豊富で、この他にも定食や単品メニューもたくさんあります♪
今回は、黒（本）マグロを使った黒鉄火丼を注文してみました(*^^*)
まず席にお料理が運ばれてきたときに、マグロが見えないほど沢山の海苔が乗せてあり、驚きました！
パリパリの海苔と、その下にあるマグロとご飯を一緒にいただきます☆
マグロにはわさび醤油で味付けがされており、わさびが苦手なわたしでも、わさびのツーンとくる感じは控えめで食べれました！
食べ比べをしたわけではないので分かりませんが、黒マグロはとても美味しくご飯が進みます♡
一緒に付いてくるお吸い物にもマグロがちゃんと入っていて、何から何までマグロ尽くしでした(o^^o)
天神で、このお値段で、こんなボリューミーなご飯がいただけるなんて、かなりリーズナブルで良いお店だなと思いました！
また是非伺いたいお店の1つになりました♪
