``Onion Shabu'' is a specialty of aquatic fish that captivates the locals. Dip plenty of odorless and chewy green onions into our specially made, beautifully clear, golden-colored dashi stock, and enjoy it with the deliciously sweet pork from Kagoshima Prefecture. You'll be impressed by the flavor of the soup stock and the sweetness of the green onions, and you won't be able to stop using your chopsticks!
