Umi no Michi has one of the largest fish tanks in Tenjin. The head chef himself travels to Itoshima in his own live fish cart to negotiate and purchase the super fresh live fish landed by Itoshima fishermen, and carefully places them in the huge tank in as little as 40 minutes. Once a customer places an order, the fish is immediately taken out of the tank and prepared by a skilled chef, making it a masterpiece that Umi no Michi is proud of.
