Our most popular dish is ``Goma Saba'', which has an addictive flavor from fatty mackerel. Seafood is purchased directly from the market, so there are many rare and high-quality fish, and the sashimi that changes daily, such as conger eel and filefish, is also popular! Another delicious snack that has many repeat customers is the crispy fried boneless pork leg, which is seasoned with salt, pepper, and ponzu sauce. Since the pork trotters are boned, you can enjoy them with chopsticks. In addition, we also recommend the ``homemade raw Karasumi'' made by the owner himself, and the ``horse sashimi'' shipped directly from Kumamoto.

Over 30 types of sake are always available. The wide selection of products is appreciated by customers who love alcohol. Considering the compatibility with fish dishes, snacks, and hot pots, about half of our drinks are from Kyushu, and the rest are carefully selected famous sake from all over the country. In addition to raw sake, we also stock seasonal alcoholic beverages. We also have a diverse lineup of shochu, including the limited quantity Sunkujira, a sweet potato shochu that is difficult to obtain outside of Kagoshima Prefecture. Other, there are three types of `` selection Courses'' that are made up of the owner's recommendations: 3,500 yen, 4,500 yen, and 6,000 yen, and we will make them according to your budget. All of them come with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option for an additional 1,500 yen, making them perfect for banquets and entertaining.
