気がつけば今年初訪問。
博多までわざわざ一緒に鮨を食べに行ってくれる方を探すのが大変ですが、この鮨さかいさんはわざわざ足を運ぶ価値のある名店です。
季節ごとにコースの組み立てが変わりますが、蛸の柔らか煮や河豚とあん肝のソース和え、あん肝と奈良漬等、定番のアテはいつ食べても感動します。
以前まで締めは干瓢巻きでしたが鉄火巻きに変わってたのが惜しかった。
