西中洲にできた、薪焼ステーキの店です。熟成肉も扱っています。
6人で行って色々と頼んでみました。
つき出しは冷たいテールスープの素麺
冷たいけど味付けはちょうどよくて美味しいです。
前菜では牛刺し、ユッケ、ローストビーフを。
この中ではユッケが好きでした。
ローストビーフは自分の好みよりやや火入れが強い印象でした。
合いの手にサラダを
シンプルなグリーンサラダです。
牛カツ
ほんのり中が冷たいレアレアの感じ。
熟成肉は国産牛のサーロインを自家熟成させてます。どうやら麹などを利用した熟成のようでした。
熟成して旨みと香りがかなり出たものを、薪焼で香りを加えるので、かなり独特な濃厚な風味になります。好きな人は堪らないのではないでしょうか？
続いて尾崎牛のランプ肉
こちらは熟成肉ではないそう。
歯ごたえもそれなりにあります。薪焼によるものなのか？香りは強いですが、旨みはもっと優しく、あっさりとしていて万人向けです。
他に 定番の玉ねぎのローストやポテトフライを注文しました。
締めはガーリックライスです。がつんとした香りと味です。
旨味がしっかりしています。
赤ワインは新世界やフランスなど数種類 5000円超から1万円程度までのものがリストに載っていました。
