I've been interested in it for a while, and finally I went there. I ordered the recommended Saba Mirin set meal! Saba Mirin The mackerel was well-fattened and the sweet and spicy mirin was well-balanced, making it perfect for eating with rice. Small dish of kiriboshi daikon radish also contained shredded dried fish, which was nice. The miso soup contained pieces of dried fish or sashimi, which added a little flavor to the dashi stock.
