天神店や もつ鍋の店、オクザシキなどには複数来店しましたが、上人橋通り店は初めての訪問です。
焼鳥をアラカルトで何種類か、鶏モモのスパイス焼きを食べました。
焼鳥はどれも鶏の質、焼き方、塩加減ともによく美味しいです。
塩では四つ身（ジューシー）、砂ずり（臭みない）、豚バラをいただきました。
タレでは、肝（火入れが良く臭みない）、つくね（軟らかくてジューシー）、黒皮（首の皮をタレで もちもちっとした食感で面白い）
エンドウ豆のムースの串揚げも香りが良くて面白い味。
新銀杏の焼き物も臭みがなく、トロッとしており最高です。
野菜ものとしてシーザーサラダ 畳鰯なども使われていてちょっと和風のアレンジです。
圧巻は、鶏モモのスパイス焼き 肉汁があふれ出てくるジューシーさで、スパイスも鶏の旨みを引き出しており絶品でした。
鶏スープは、比較的あっさりした味わい。
最後に桃三昧というデザートを食べましたが、これが秀逸。モモのコンポートとコンポートのゼリー、桃のソルベとスモモが一皿に盛られていて絶品でした。
またオーナーのスタッフ教育が素晴らしく、スタッフがみんな気が利いて、すごく居心地が良いです。
雰囲気もシックな感じでよいので、デートや接待も含め色々な用途に使えるお店だと思いました。
