Our restaurant offers the freshest seafood. Through connections with fishermen, I was able to obtain fish before they were put up for auction. The products are delivered directly without going through the market, so they are extremely fresh. We also recommend the meat that is carefully sourced from Kyushu. Enjoy a variety of dishes made with ingredients unique to the region, such as ``Hakata chicken charcoal-grilled style'' and ``Itoshima pork shabu-shabu salad.'' The owner, who was born and raised in Hakata, is particular about using locally sourced ingredients, including seasonings, rice, and water.

The number one recommendation is the ``Seasonal fish soup'' made with plenty of fresh fish and shellfish. All of the fish are caught nearby, including the Asanagahama Fish Market and Meinohama Fishing Port. The contents vary depending on the season, but we offer three types of sets: Mai, Yume, and Hana. We serve seasonal fish in the most delicious way. There are also Other Hakata specialties such as `` Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'', ``Sesame Mackerel'', and ``Karashi Mentaiko''. We also have a wide variety of local sake to pair with our dishes. We offer popular sake and shochu from all over Japan, with a focus on those from Kyushu such as Kagoshima, Miyazaki, and Kumamoto.
