Bitter gourd champuru from an Okinawan Cuisine specialty restaurant made with [Tofu from Arakaifu] and [Bitter gourd & pork delivered directly from Okinawa]! ! Okinawan ingredients, especially island vegetables, are full of health benefits. I want people to enjoy not only bitter gourd but also a variety of other island vegetables. The food at [Tachimaya] is filled with the owner's wishes and ingenuity. This is a representative dish from Ta-Chimaya's menu that is also delicious for the body.

The mug is freezing cold. We offer raw (small) (glass) in [Ryukyu glass] and [Yachimun (Okinawa pottery)]. It's worth a visit.
