...onal vegetables that the owner himself procures daily at reasonable prices. [Ginshari], which is also the name of the restaurant, is a popular menu with almost 100% order rate and is the perfect ending. This special dish is made with "Yamako rice/Hinohikari" that is sent directly from contracted farmers in Yamaka-cho, Kitsuki City, and is polished on the same day and then cooked in a hagama (pot pot) in the store. You can eat it freshly cooked as is, or as [Ginmusu], [Salted Mackerel Ginmusu], or [Gohan with egg].When the rice is cooked, you will be notified by ringing the bell. In addition, we have one piece of domestically produced [sea urchin] available at <cost price>. If you put it on piping hot silver shari, it becomes a ``sea urchin bowl''. This is the best. We offer about 20 types of sake in small, easy-to-drink glasses (about 90cc). There are about 40 types of shochu. Open until 4am! Please spend a luxurious night in our warm interior.
