ChefRyusei Masunaga (Ryusei Masunaga)
Born in Saga Prefecture in 1998. After graduating from high school, he studied at a famous French restaurant in Fukuoka. After that, he learned various genres of cooking, including Spanish Cuisine, and became the head chef of aritahuis in 2020. After that, he continued to improve his cooking skills, and in October 2022, he inherited the spirit of Takahito Nishimura and became a chef.
