炉端焼きで有名な氷炭さんの二号店になります。場所は警固。店のホームページにメニューも載っています
炉端焼きのイメージで入店したら、こちらは大人の居酒屋をコンセプトにされたお店らしく、炉端ひ氷炭さんとは雰囲気、メニュー共に違いました。
店に入ってすぐ、長いカウンターがあり、1人でちょい飲みに使う事もできそうです。
メニューは店内に掲示形式でも飾ってあり、メニュー表に載っていないものもあったような気がします。（気のせいかもしれません笑）
まずは五島のゴマサバ。ゴマだれとの相性はバッチリで、サバ身の弾力も美味。
天使のエビ焼きもまた身の弾力が良いです。天使のエビって見かけることが多いですが、名前の由来はなんだろうと思い、今回調べてみると、天国にいちばん近い島と言われるニューカレドニアで養殖されているからのようですね。納得しました笑
和牛のすき焼きはオススメの一品。牛肉は柔らかく旨味があり、卵黄と手毬サイズのご飯と相性抜群です。ご飯自体も美味しかったですね。
鶏スープ炊は優しい味。鶏肉は柔らかく、これまた旨味が。中には人参や細麺の葛切りがあり、ちょっとした麺の気分で葛切りを楽しみました笑
野菜の揚出しはしっかり味が染みていて、揚げの感じも好きでした。今回注文した中で気に入った料理の一つです。
ランプは美味でしたが、量は少なめ。ガッツリ食べたい人にはやや物足りない量かもしれません。
豚肉と青菜のオイスター炒めでは、またも肉が美味。和牛すき焼き、鶏スープ炊と食し、全部お肉が美味かったです。牛・豚・鶏を制覇しました笑
〆には個人的な定番の稲庭うどん。温or冷で注文可能で、夏の季節なので冷で頼みました。細い中にコシがあり、やはり稲庭うどんは美味しいです。
炉端の氷炭とはまた異なったスタイルのお店で、気分やメンバー等に合わせて選ぶと良いですね。
