この日は博多で昔の仲間と集合！
みんな博多でバリバリやっているメンバーの集まりなだけに、お店選びは他所からきたお客様を接待する時に利用するお店をチョイスしてくれましたー
もつ将総本店さんです。
昔は薬院六角にあったそうですが、綺麗な二階建ての建屋に移転して今だそうですよ。
さて、メニューは5000円のコース飲み放題付きです。
まずは付き出しにごぼうとかしわの甘辛煮
ビールで乾杯！
大根サラダ、大根の薄切りがまんまるくカットされて、さっぱりしたサラダです。
ホルモンのコースなので、私は箸休めに先に取っておきました。
博多といえば一口餃子。ポン酢と柚子胡椒で
うん。うまーいー
ホルモンの味噌煮
これね！！めっちゃ美味しいです。これはなかなか食べれない美味しさ、大阪にもホルモン文化あるけどこちらの味噌煮はほんまに絶品でしたね
馬刺し
赤みの馬刺しなので、あっさりあてにいただきました。
赤センの炭火焼き
多分サービスやと思うwお塩をチョンづけで食べると、歯応えもあって旨みがジュワー
最後はもつ将さん自慢のもつ鍋きたよー
こちらのもつ鍋は、普通のもつ鍋ではないです。
お野菜の上に餃子皮で蓋をして、ぐつぐつにます。
今回は醤油味にしました。
それを特製ポン酢でいただきます。
めっちゃあっさりして、食べやすいもつ鍋。
これ、ポン酢がまた最高に美味しいわー
最後はチャンポン麺入れて胡麻をドパーとかけます。
〆はお店の方がちゃんと作ってくれますからねー
胡麻麺の出来上がりー！これまた上手い！
博多は長い事住んでたけど、このスタイルのもつ鍋初めて食べました。
普通のもつ鍋にあきた方は是非
私も博多で大阪メンバーをもてなす時はまた利用したいと思います。
