I came alone. It seems to be crowded on weekends, so it's better to make a reservation. This was my first time eating Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with vinegar and soy sauce. It had a very light taste and was easy to eat. The vinegar doesn't overwhelm the ingredients, so you can enjoy the original taste of the tripe. The sesame noodles at the end were especially delicious! The light noodles that have absorbed the delicious soup are the best. It's great that you can eat it all the way to the end without feeling heavy. The staff were also very friendly and the service was very satisfying. If you've tried Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) this is the place to go!
