We offer a lunch menu using conger eel from Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture. We recommend the ``conger eel rice'' which can be cooked either ``grilled'' for its aromatic flavor or ``simmered'' for its fluffy texture! We offer two sizes, top and special, which are nearly twice the size of the meat. You can change the way you eat with ``Conger eel soup'' which can be enjoyed in Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）style. ◎ Enjoy ``Conger eel Ten-don (tempura rice bowl)'' with seasonal vegetables as well as tempura soup. Finish off with a refreshing cup of tencha♪

At night, in addition to the lunch menu, you can enjoy a la carte dishes using conger eel. Among these, we recommend ``conger sashimi,'' which has a crunchy texture similar to the engawa part of flounder. ◎We also have ``azaku'' and ``amaki,'' which are not annoyingly similar to umaki.
