小笹に位置する老舗、みのかさ。
味が特別良いわけでもなく、サービス、接客が特別良いわけでもなく、清潔で明るいお店でもない。
カウンターに沿うように陳列されたネタケースに並ぶ串たち、焼き場に立つ大将の汗だくになりながら焼く姿、そして平日、週末関わらずカウンター、お座敷にびっしりと入るお客さんたち、
これがまさに昔ながらの焼き鳥屋さんだ！
こういうお店が少なくなって、高級志向のお店がお店が増えている中、ここだけ昭和の時代にタイムスリップしたような感覚。
なんとも言い伝えづらいけど、、なんか自然と足を運んでしまうようなお店です。
大将の指をよーく見ると、焦げた跡？みたいのがある。長年焼き鳥を焼いてきた証ですね！
