The Sushi and snacks were so delicious that I was left sighing. The course menu, of course, and the extra raw conger eel and sea urchin were so good I was left speechless. The chef, who seems a little grumpy but is actually a very sincere and warm-hearted man (he has a strong passion for Sushi, so he just wants his customers to concentrate on the Sushi), makes every Sushi exquisite. Opinions may be divided over the price of 55,000 yen, which is higher than the top class in Tokyo, but I think it's worth a visit. That being said, the Sushi in Fukuoka is delicious!
