美しい所作で鮨を握る木宮大将
なんと宮崎の鮨の名店「一心鮨 光洋」の長男だとか
当日は、海外からのお客もいたが、
大将は英語も堪能だった
あまりにも流暢な英語だったので、
訪ねてみると海外でも鮨屋の経験があるという
センスのよい酒の肴
しっかりと仕事を施した鮨種
穏やかな丸い味わいの酢飯とのバランスがよく
食後感が軽やかだった
「鮨料理 一高」の魅力は、
丁寧な握りと居心地のよさだろう
店内は、ピシッと整えられているが、
肩肘張らずに楽しめる
大将の雰囲気になんだか癒されてしまい、
去りがたくなってしまうのだ
