The owner, Kazuhiro Kimiya, values the "mold" that he holds. We value cutting down unnecessary movements and having a delicate aesthetic sense in all appearances. At the age of 21, he joined Isshin Sushi Koyo, where his father was the owner, and at the age of 23, he became the manager of the affiliated Conveyor belt sushi "Ichiban Hoshi". At the age of 26, he became the manager of Isshin Sushi Koyo, and at the age of 33, he took over the second generation. After leaving the company at the age of 39, he traveled to Singapore and engaged in human resource development. After returning to Japan, I opened "Sushi Ryo Ichiko" in August 2019.

The fish is mainly from the northern Kyushu area, the seasonings, rice and vegetables are organic, and the water is hydrogenated. We have prepared a selection of materials that create a delicate flavor. For the vinegared rice, we use a blend of two types of vinegar: Fuji vinegar and Mizkan vinegar. The rice is a blend of three types, with careful attention to the storage, aging, and soaking methods. Cooking with seasonal vegetable soup gives it a soft texture. Please enjoy the sushi that is very carefully prepared and has a lean taste.

With a focus on creating a ``comfortable, fun, and joyful time experience,'' we have spared no effort in preparing the interior and tableware of the store. A single piece of ginkgo biloba wood is used for the counter. A grill is installed inside, so you can enjoy watching the cooking process right in front of your eyes. Karatsu ware and Arita ware subtly complement the dishes. We will provide hospitality using Kyushu tableware. English is also available, so it's perfect for dining with customers from overseas.
