この日はお昼の部、おまかせ「空」を
お願いしました。
最初のなまこ。
人生で初めて食べました。
ぷりぷりで美味しかった。。。
基本はスライスが多いそうですが、
こちらはぶつ切り。
とても手間がかかるそうです。
かぶと白子の茶碗蒸し
そのあと新鮮なお魚が炙られて出てきて。。。
からすみも！どーんと！
最後までアテで食べてました。
お鮨のシャリだけを最初に食べさせてもらいました。
お野菜と一緒に炊いてるそう。
この日はにんじん。
シャリは固め。赤酢じゃないから重たくない。
シャリの大きさもリクエストできます。
ネタは全てキラキラと輝いていて、
とても上品でいい意味で薄味。
新鮮で美味しかったです！！！！
お味噌汁は、色んなお魚のお出汁がまじり、
少し甘めで私好みの味でした。
おかわりしたかった。。。笑
お鮨のコースを普段食べ終わると、
後から胃がもたれてしんどくなるのですが
一高さんのコースはあっさりなので
全然しんどくならずでとてもよかったです。
最後には栗のジェラート
上に栗の実が削られていて一瞬鰹節かと。笑
大将さん、とてもお茶目で話していて楽しい方です。
お鮨への愛がとても伝わりました。
楽しくて、美味しくて、お鮨が美しくて眼福。
満たされまくりの2時間。
またお伺いしたいです！
新地に孫弟子さんがいらっしゃるそうなので、
近々伺いたいな〜。
(博多に来て、もつ鍋も餃子も水炊きも明太子も食べなかった。笑)
