When I was about to eat eel at a teahouse at a boat dock between Edo and Mito, the boat was about to leave, so I hurriedly placed the eel on white rice, covered it, and ate it after getting off the boat, and it was delicious. The name comes from Imasuke Okubo, who is said to be the inventor of eel bowl. We will do our best to spread eel culture in the Ozasa area.
