``Unagi Seiromushi,'' which uses a secret sauce that has been used over and over again since the company's founding, is a proud dish that is made by steaming kabayaki carefully over charcoal and rice soaked in a sauce made from concentrated eel extract. . The eel that falls apart easily and the fluffy rice are a combination of deep umami flavors that are truly blissful. If you would like to try other eel dishes, try the ``Seiro Gozen'' set (closed in the summer), which includes umaki, uzaku, kimoni, mentaiko, etc.

Our restaurant's style of serving ``Hakata Hitsumabushi'' is to serve the ingredients and condiments in a bowl. The main dish is the grilled eel, and condiments such as kinshi tamago, authentic Hakata mentaiko, shiso leaves, and seaweed add flavor and color. We recommend that you enjoy the simple taste of eel with kabayaki and rice for your first meal. For the second cup, mix the rice and ingredients and enjoy the harmony of flavors. Finish off with ochazuke with Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）. You can enjoy one dish three times.

Particularly popular are the Kimono skewers (2 pieces, 1,060 yen) that are grilled with a secret sauce and have an addictive aromatic flavor.
