Our signature menu is beef skewers carefully grilled on our proud robata stove. We are particular about Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kyushu such as Miyazaki, Kagoshima, and Saga, and carefully select ingredients that are A4 rank or higher. Served on skewers, you can enjoy a variety of cuts, such as the ``rump,'' which is popular among women for its light fat, and the ``ichibo,'' which is characterized by its sweet marbling. We always have over 10 types of shochu and sake that go well with both meat and fish. Our shochu, made mainly from sweet potatoes, ranges from classics to hard-to-find gems. We change out about 6 types of sake every month, so you can enjoy a new brand every time you visit.
