お通しがまさかの水炊きでびっくりする居酒屋の山尾さんへ行きました。
お通しの水炊き 出汁に鳥の味が滲み出ててお通しがこんなに美味しくていいの？って感じでした。
マグロの炙り刺し 最早醤油は要りませんでしたね。塩だけで充分でした。
海鮮ユッケ 色んな魚を1度に味わえるお得感満載な一品でした。
枝豆 冷製ではなく温製の枝豆でした。
スモーク鴨のポテトサラダ マヨネーズとジャガイモのバランスがよくシットリ系のポテトサラダでした。
レアサーモンといくらの親子焼き サーモンのハラス部分でしたので脂のノリもよくイクラのプチプチ感も堪能できる一品です。
牛ハラテキ 程よい弾力がある肉質でトリュフの香りがするネギダレとの相性が抜群です。
牛タンの竜田揚げ 牛タンの竜田揚げは初めて食べましたが甘味がほんのり香る感じで美味しかったです。
炙りトウモロコシのてんぷら トウモロコシを炭火で炙っててんぷらにしているので炭の香り、トウモロコシの甘味、てんぷらのサクサク感が1度に味わえる一品です。
安納芋クレープ包み揚げ 安納芋独特の優しい甘さが漂う料理でした。
全体を通してなかなか予約が取れないのは納得の内容でした！
メニューも個性的でついつい色々頼んでしまう内容でした！！
