Our pride and joy is the fresh fish caught by the chef himself. Some of the fish are purchased from the restaurant, but once or twice a week, the chef sails from Meinohama Fishing Port to Iki and Tsushima. He aims for fish that are in season at that time, and delivers the flavors of each season. We will prepare them in the way that suits them, whether it is as sashimi or grilled. We also recommend special menu items such as "Nanbanzuke (pickled) fish caught in a pot." However, please note that there are days when this is not available.
