This month's issue of a local gourmet magazine featured a special feature on Sushi. It seems that they are open for lunch, so I visited. I asked them by phone first, and they said it would be better to make a reservation, so I told them I would be there in 30 minutes. When you enter the store, you'll find a quaint, folk art-style interior with semi-private rooms separated by curtains, so you can't see other customers, probably because it's full. Although I was alone, I was guided to a semi-private room for 1 to 2 people. Since it was my first time, I explained a lot of things, and the gari and tea are on the table, so I self-serve.There are 3 types of tea leaves, and you can choose the one you like, which is a novelty. Order by touch panel. I picked up Seafood Bowl (1,800 yen) with Tempura (2,300 yen) that I saw in a magazine. After a while, I heard a popping sound from the table, and Sushi came flying out. When the door opens in front of you, there is a dish to order, which you take and set up yourself. Seafood Bowl has 7 to 8 kinds of toppings, and the fatty tuna and salmon roe are gorgeous. High freshness and high quality. Tempura consists of 1 shrimp, white meat, and 3 types of vegetables, and is a good value for money. I had the novel experience of having Sushi flowing.
