Our specialty rice balls are made with Fukuoka's branded rice ``Yume Tsukushi'', salt from the Goto Islands, and carefully selected seaweed from Ariake, and are served in the ``after-maki style,'' in which the rice balls are sprinkled with seaweed just before eating. With 13 kinds of ingredients, you can enjoy it every day♪ We also boast of extremely fresh sashimi, which is carefully selected in cooperation with the market. You can enjoy seasonal fish such as steamy grilled fish. ◎At lunch time, we also offer a reasonable set menu using carefully selected ingredients!
