Our proud ``Seiromushi eel'' steamed until fluffy and piping hot. We have a wide selection of delicious sake, including sake from Kyushu that goes well with eel. ``Kikubijin Special Junmai Sake'' is a must-try drink. It is said that Hakushu Kitahara, a poet from Yanagawa, loved it very much. Although it is sharp and dry, it has a refreshing taste that goes perfectly with the eel grilled with sweet sauce.
