今日は所用であまり出向くことがない東へ。
せっかくなので、昼食はこちらで頂きました。
母と伯母の要望が鰻だったのが選択理由でした。
ネットから事前に予約。
予想外に時間がかかり、10分遅れる旨の電話。
優しい対応ですが、入店時もそうでした。
川の流れが見える窓際に席を取って頂いていました。
さっそくメニューを見て注文は
◼️山椒
鰻のせいろむしは、自分の中ではお約束です。
しかも、店名が付いています。
○せいろむし
運ばれてきたのは、横長の大きな木箱です。
蓋を開けるとタレを纏った鰻が敷き詰められています。
味付けは濃い目です。
山椒を掛けてピリッと引き締めます。
○浅漬け
胡瓜、大根、人参、昆布、刻み高菜です。
○肝吸い
必ず付いてくるものの苦手です。
薄味だったのでちょうど良かったです。
母と伯母も、珍しくせいろむしでした。
気持ち良く食事ができる店でした。
