テーマ：酒場放浪記福岡篇大阪から旨い魚を求めて小倉にやって来ました。
夕方到着したんですが、クライアントからの電話やメールが殺到し
ホテルに缶詰状態
この間、旅行気分の下僕君に魚の旨い店を探すようにと
ミッションを与え仕事に没頭
やっと片付いたら９時をまわり、下僕君からの吉報でいざ出陣
下僕君が自信を持って見つけたのは・・・
小倉 ふくとく
魚が旨いと地元で評判の店
焼酎も数多く揃えていますね〜
こりゃ楽しみだ。
拙は先ずは喉を潤すレモンハイ
下僕君は小倉の焼酎、遠賀の赤芋
お通し
そして蚕豆の天ぷらを頼んで
じっくり吟味
まずは大将おまかせお造りの盛合わせ
思わずゴクンと固唾を飲む

どれも旨すぎて表現に困ります
海水晶とトマトのパリパリサラダ
麺のようなパリパリコリコリした食感の海草
これはうちのママチンも探してるんですが、、、
そしてトマトは小倉の若松トマト、めちゃめちゃ甘いフルーツトマトです。
いわしのぬか味噌炊き
これは小倉の郷土料理
初めて食いますが、ぬかの臭みもなく焼酎に良く合います。
そこでちょっとクセのある焼酎ダバダ
イサキの塩焼き
ふぐ皮ポン酢
女将さんもとても感じが良くすべてに大満足、
今宵も飲みすぎました。
