The "Ikeizumi Kaiyu-style Shoin-zukuri" building was built with greenery effectively planted around a pond where Nishikigoi swim. The approximately 700 tsubo space, which has a history of over 100 years, is one of the best in Kyushu in terms of scale and artistry. While it's worth seeing, the pine trees and gardeners are especially noteworthy. The quaint Sukiya style Shogetsutei evokes a nostalgic atmosphere of Japan.
