秋の季節になりフグと言えば九州！
知人のご紹介で訪問してきました。
小倉駅から10分以内の場所
店内は個室がいくつかありカウンターもあるお店
金曜日ということもあり満卓
フク鍋コースと少しのアラカルト
関東はフグといえばテッサでしょうが、さらに分厚いフグの鍋はこちらの定番らしい
テッサもひれ酒に潜らせてしゃぶしゃぶのように食べると絶品でした^_^
刺身盛りもウニやクジラなどもあり最高にうまい
茶碗蒸しはトロトロでこれまた美味しい^_^
鱧のしゃぶしゃぶも食べさせて頂きました！！
丁寧に小骨が取れていて、なんとも美味
無茶苦茶美味しかったです。
今度は銀座にあるお店へ伺います。
