Only the legendary alcohol disinfectant is available. Whether it's yellow dust or hay fever, this pig guy suddenly "evolved". On this day, I was exposed to something in Kitakyushu and my pig nose came off. After work, I was invited to have an evening dinner with a client here. It's crowded because it's the weekend. The restaurant is almost full and reservations are required. Even though it's called "Kaito," it's actually a sushi restaurant. The atmosphere is nice with a counter and private rooms. However, the menu is wide-ranging. We have a wide selection of live fish, boiled and grilled fish, meat, Tempura, and fresh spring rolls. The restaurant is mostly filled with people who seem to be locals who know delicious dishes. We had a private room, but it seemed like it would be fun to sit at the counter and enjoy a drink while enjoying the toppings. From Kitakyushu to Oita, raw mackerel is a must. It has a moderate amount of fat and a sticky texture that is unique to other fish. I would like to try sashimi instead of sesame mackerel. The stew is not too sweet like in Tohoku to Kanto, and has a sharp soy sauce flavor. If you have a set meal, you can't stop eating! Overall, it is a high-class, well-organized, delicious, and reasonably priced sushi restaurant that is positioned as a `` Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)-style sushi restaurant'', and the customer service and atmosphere make it a good restaurant that you will want to visit again and again.
