ある日の事務所！
ボスが、「明日みんなで一杯やろうや」とご下命が下りました。
「おおーーー、いいですね！どこ行きます？」
「そうだな、みんな何が食べたい？そうだ！お前何が食べたい？お前が食べたいものを食べに行こう！」
指名されたのは、今年の４月に転勤してきた若者です。
以前客先との会食で、彼が外れたことを気遣い、ボス自ら彼に食べたいものを訊いたというわけです。
「そうですね、焼肉なんてどうでしょう！」
「お、お、おーー、焼肉か！」
一瞬、考えました。
「焼肉は先日の最後のレバ刺しの時に行っただろう」と……
しかし、リクエストを聞いておいて、今さらなしというわけにもいかず、焼肉に決定となりました。
「どこかいい焼肉屋あるか？」とボスが訊いた瞬間、私が「いいところありますよ！」とすぐさま返答。
「おーー、だったらお前に任せるわ！」と、いつもの通り、私が幹事になるという展開に落ち着きました。
実はブログで懇意にしている方が行かれた焼肉屋さんが浮かんだのです。
あそこの厚切りタンの写真を見た瞬間、不覚にも涎が出てしまったのです。
というわけで、ブログ仲間の方おススメの焼肉屋「若勝」にやってきました。
タイミングよく席も確保し、まずはビールで乾杯です。
で、ココの焼肉屋さん、かなりこだわっています。
さーて、お肉をジャンジャン注文しましょう。
まずは、極上厚切りタンから。
肉厚のタンは跳ね返すような歯ごたえ。
これは旨い！
そして、地元でもなかなか口にできない小倉牛。
特選小倉牛カルビと特選小倉牛ロース。
口の中でとろけていきますーーー！
とも三角、まるしん、つらみの稀少盛り３点。
ちなみにとも三角は、牛のモモの芯玉の一部分で、霜降り深く柔らかい。
まるしんは、これも牛モモの芯玉の一部分で、刺身やユッケなどに使われる部位。
つら身は、牛の顔の部分で、稀少部位。
まだまだいきます。

最後はクッパと冷麺で〆てお腹いっぱい。
みんな大満足でした。
最後にボスから、「お前いつもいい店知ってるなぁ」とお褒め頂きました。（笑）
