北九州市小倉北区魚町。
昨年(2021年)にオープンした福助商店やジラフモノクロームと同系列の魚を中心とした居酒屋。最近はランチの方がバズってるけど。
メニューはハガツオタタキ・萩産のどぐろ炙り・生本鮪・北海道産バフン雲丹・盛り合わせなどのお造りや車海老・天然ハマグリ・金目鯛塩焼き・太刀魚蒲焼きなどの炉端焼きや生からすみ塩辛・きびなご一夜干しなどの珍味などなど。他にも一品料理や御飯ものが多数。
今回はハガツオタタキ・金目鯛塩焼き・天然ハマグリ・珍味3種盛り・生からすみ塩辛・焼おにぎりをオーダー。お酒はサッポロ黒ラベル中瓶と日本酒の磯自慢と光栄菊をチョイス。
ハガツオタタキ。味が濃くて美味い。薬味もたっぷりで嬉しい。かぼすもよく合う。
金目鯛塩焼き。焼き具合抜群。塩加減も抜群。皮も美味い。間違いなく日本酒に合う。
天然ハマグリ。デカくて身がしっかり。ハマグリの旨味が溢れてる。日本酒一択。
磯自慢。名前の通り魚とよく合う。甘味が強く塩焼きなどの焼き系との相性がいい。
光栄菊。佐賀の日本酒。微炭酸。珍味系はこちらがオススメ。
米にもこだわっている。ランチは米×魚が味わえるメニュー。
