They offer the Chef's Choice Nigiri Course (13,200 yen), which uses the techniques they have learned from renowned restaurants all over Japan, their special red vinegar rice, seaweed from Ariake, Saga Prefecture, and fresh toppings sourced from all over Japan, mainly from the Genkai Sea, and is made using only the finest seasonal ingredients. It consists of four selection, around 13 nigiri pieces, a bowl of soup, and an egg. It is a luxurious course that can accommodate allergies and preferences.
