[Bon] has relocated and reopened with a new look in Umakura, Kokura Kita Ward. The heavy-looking door is made from a 100-year-old warehouse door. When you open the door, you'll find a diatomaceous earth wall and an Italian stone floor. It gives a modern impression while retaining a Japanese feel. Equipped with wood grain counter seats where you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere suitable for dates and anniversaries. We have two private rooms for 4 people, which can be connected to accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for meals on special occasions such as entertaining or meeting people.
A ``cooking and sushi course'' competition where each dish takes center stage using seasonal flavors.
[Bon Sushi], a newly relocated restaurant that opened in October 2022, uses mainly seasonal flavors that are unique to the season. We purchase fresh fish every day from "Tanga Market" in Kokura, Kitak
...yushu City and "Karato Market" near Kanmon Bridge in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The chef, who has identified the ingredients of the day, showcases his craftsmanship and delivers a course in which each dish takes center stage.
