Since opening in 1985, we have inherited the cooking methods of the orthodox French restaurant "Chez Inno", which was trained by the first executive chef. We offer authentic French cuisine that combines the modern sensibilities of our current head chef, Yusuke Mukaino. We are particular about using local produce for local consumption, including local vegetables grown in Fukuoka Prefecture and other areas, Imari beef raised at Matsuo Katsuma Farm, Buzen crab from the Suonada Sea, Kitakyushu abalone, and seafood caught in the Genkai Sea.
