A lively texture with no gritty odor. ``Connoisseurs call this condition ``vita.'''' A good fishing ground in the tides of the Tsushima Current and the Liman Current. Genkai Sea. We tighten freshly caught fish, drain the blood, and tighten the nerves. The sashimi is made in three pieces with a small amount of work by the craftsman (if the work increases, the sashimi will have layers, and the taste will deteriorate from there). After calming down a little (it's really alive, so it's still moving even after I cut it into three pieces), I use a well-honed knife to create sashimi with a rainbow-colored cross section.

With like-minded friends. We talked slowly in a calming space until time allowed. At one point, there seemed to be a time limit without my knowledge, but the owner reinstated it. If it were me, I would like to drink delicious food slowly and with friends! A store that fosters relationships between people. That is Engetsu. (*All-you-can-drink has a time limit due to the mechanism.)
