Our specialty is ``Edomae sushi,'' which is rare in Kitakyushu and uses aged red vinegar without sugar. It has a refreshing taste and goes perfectly with sake and shochu! In addition to the sweet sashimi soy sauce from Moji, we also have Taiko soy sauce from Shimane, which has a light flavor. You can enjoy the sushi as is without adding soy sauce.
