Kizuna-yaen was born from the connections and thoughts of many people. I am full of gratitude to the people of Yukuhashi for raising me, a person who had no knowledge of cooking, did not even know the
... name of flour, and could not distinguish between sugar and salt. I work hard every day to convey this gratitude. I am still inexperienced, but thanks to my connections with fishermen, I serve dishes that make the most of local ingredients, mainly local fish.
