少し食べ物が出るのに時間がかかる。盛り付けに拘りあり。寿司のシャリが最高。粒が立っている。小さめに握ってくれるのもうれしい。マグロの赤身は水っぽかった。白身系はすべてうまかった。ウニはいまいち。
コロナ対策もしっかりしていました。新鮮な食材なので、どれを頼んでも間違いないと思います。
