The shop owner [Kazuaki Saito] was born in 1976 in Fukuoka Prefecture. After graduating from high school, I got a job at a fish shop, and decided that I wanted to try cooking myself, so I decided to become a chef. He started his career at a famous restaurant in Fukuoka City, and continued his training at famous restaurants until he became the sous chef. Since opening [Japanese Restaurant Rengeji Saito] in August 2013 and becoming independent, we have continued to provide authentic Japanese Cuisine in Nakama City. Enjoy the authentic taste that has been featured in the Michelin Guide.
