福岡中心に食べ歩きしている、もりP〜です(^^)
本日お邪魔したのは、、、
【中華うどん 一平】
1933年創業。
こんなに目新しそうなのに老舗。
商店街の脇の小道にひっそりと。
★中華うどん(600円)
見た目は冷やし中華の温かいバージョン。
スープは鰹だしがよく効いているかけうどんのようなもので、そこに紅しょうがの香りが溶け込んでいる。合わないようでかなり合う。
麺は、細い中華麺。さすがにうどんとは言い難い笑
トッピングは、海苔・ネギ・キクラゲ・鰹節・ごぼう丸天・紅しょうが。
それぞれの素材の良さも十分に生かされていて、見事にスープや麺になじんでいる。
海苔は濃厚、キクラゲはコリコリで多めに、ごぼう丸天は甘めの味付け。
後半にいくにつれ、紅しょうがの主張が強くなっていってこの1杯の主役は紅しょうがだったのではと思う。中央に鎮座してるし、そもそも鰹だしに紅しょうがって合わなそうだけど合ってるし、、、
出汁の美味しい温かい冷やし中華。
いや、これは例えようのない新ジャンル。
いやいや、歴史あるから”新”ではないのか。
ぜひ、自分の口で味わってもらいたい。
