お昼に「日替り弁当」（500円）を購入。持帰り、いただいた。
ごはんは、受注後に温かいのをよそって下さる。やわらかい梅干しが添えられている。
炊いた牛肉と玉ねぎ。味付けは控えめにして、牛肉らしい味と香りがしっかり。美味しい。思ったより厚めにスライスされた肉だったようで、弾む噛み応えに充実感を覚える。調理で融けた脂が冷めて固まりかけているのか、独特の舌触りがあるのが如何にもお弁当らしいが、噛んでいるうちに解消する。
蕨か薇のようなもの。塩鹹い。
その下に切り干し大根。美味しい。山椒も効いている。
茄子と南瓜を柔らかく煮たもの。美味。ダシを取ったと思われるイリコが加えられているが、これが妙に美味しい。
煮穴子。
竹輪揚げ。チーズが入っている。
卵焼。葱が入っている。
肉巻きフライ。何かの薄い肉を巻いて揚げたもの。紫蘇もはいっていてその風味が効いている。衣は硬め。
香の物。酢が効いていて爽やか。
なかなか盛りだくさんで頑張られていることがうかがえる。お値打ち感があるお弁当だと思った。
