Today I visited Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture for work reasons! It's just around noon... so I went to the shopping street here! Won the Grand Prix in the SoftBank Hawks Delicious Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) Contest? ! That's quite interesting... It's about 2 counters, 3 tables, and 1 tatami room! A griddle is placed in the center of the table so you can cook right in front of your eyes! So...look at the menu and simply order this! Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) sauce (650 yen) ◾️Limited to 10 servings Skirt steak bowl small (300 yen) I was so attracted by the limited edition that I even added a skirt steak bowl... After about 10 minutes of waiting, the skirt steak bowl arrived first! Oh! It even came with kimchi and raw egg! Sounds good... First, let's start with the skirt steak... crispy and juicy! The seasoning is well-seasoned with garlic and soy sauce, which goes well with the rice...Add an egg in the middle and enjoy a luxurious egg-covered skirt steak bowl! The flavor of the seaweed is good, and you can enjoy changing it up by adding kimchi... While you're eating, Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is completed and arrives at your table! You can also warm yourself up on the iron plate on the table so you don't get cold! The noodles have a chewy texture and a nice aroma of sauce... The sauce is not too strong, and the aftertaste is refreshing! The slightly sweet taste and the sourness unique to the sauce will increase your appetite! The ingredients are a solid size squid with a plump texture, pork, crunchy cabbage, and chopped red pickled ginger! The unusual thing is that it contains tempura, which absorbs the flavor and becomes soft.The tempura clings well to the noodles, so the flavor really increases! On the table...mayonnaise, sweet/spicy sauce, shavings, green seaweed, shichimi chili pepper, garlic soy sauce, and salt! By the time you finish eating, you will be full and very satisfied! On the way home, I noticed that the Grand Prix winner was "Hakata Mentaiko Mayo Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)"... lol Next time I visit, I'll try ordering Kocchi as well! Thank you for the meal!
